The officials are very good and willing

They don't speak English and lack many details of Western hotels. Breakfast is Chinese only

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In the room there is wifi that works very well and also control for the lights and curtains, very practical.

Everything is super clean, there is no dust in any corner. The bathroom is large, with a separate shower and hot water. The design is functional, with a large mirror and good quality bathroom products.

Room was large and comfortable.

Pool was empty. Upstairs Bar not operating. Some reviews state walking distance to river area. This is not true. It is a distance away, but they do transfer there. My advice would be to stay closer or in the river district to get the most of your time.
